# KPIs of My Organization

The **KPI** section provides an overview of credit usage within your organization on the platform. This space allows you to easily monitor activity, identify usage trends, and manage your resources more effectively.

**Who has access?**

If you are an organization administrator, you have access to this space. You can view:

-   A global summary of credit usage across all resources,
-   A detailed breakdown of credit consumption by user, helping you better manage resource allocation and anticipate future needs.

**How to access it?**

To view this data:

-   Click on your avatar at the top right of the screen.
-   Select **"Key Metrics"** from the dropdown menu.

You’ll be taken to your dashboard, where you can filter data by date and time period (previous month, last 30 days, last 60 days, etc.).

**Why check these metrics?**

These insights help you to:

-   Optimize credit usage,
-   Monitor user engagement,
-   Support management decisions with factual data on your organization’s activity.
