Day 3 | Block Transformation

The block transformation feature allows you to convert a content block from one type to another in just one click, making it easier to edit and adapt your training materials.
For example, you can turn a text block into an image and paragraph layout, a flashcard, a timeline, and many other formats depending on your needs.
It’s a major time-saver for restructuring your sequences and trying out different layouts in seconds.

How it works

In your sequence editor, hover over the block you want to modify — the toolbar will appear.
Select “AI” to access the transformation options.

1. Choose the new format

A contextual menu opens with all available block types (paragraph, quote, image + text, accordion, etc.).
Select the one that best fits your learning objective.

2. Compare versions

A preview window displays both the original and transformed versions.
You can review the changes before confirming.

3. Save and continue creating

Once satisfied with the result, click “Save and replace” to apply the transformation, or “Save as new block” to keep both versions.
The block is instantly updated — no loss of content or formatting.

This feature is especially useful for quickly restructuring your modules, adjusting tone and layout, or turning a static block into an interactive activity — without breaking your creative flow.
